News was released from the European WoW website today about the brand new 5 man dungeons that will be released with Patch 3.3 and Icecrown Citadel.

There will be a total of 3 5-man dungeons! Normal versions will drop level 219 gear items, and 232 on heroic versions.

While Arthas is busy with the Argent Crusade & Ebon Blade knocking on his front door, your elite group is led by Sylvannas Windrunner (or Jaina Proudmoore if you are Alliance) to encounter Arthas himself.

The three dungeons must be done in order, and each have a seperate lock-out mode. The “The Forge of Souls” is the first stop, followed by “Pit of Saron” and ending with “Halls of Reflection”.

In the Halls of Reflection, you take on Arthas himself.  I am sure though that you don’t kill him (Similiar to Mal’Ganis in CoT), and he will retreat further into his Citadel for the actual raid.

After many weeks of wipes and frustrations, Thaddius went down last night in our best Naxx night yet!

After having to postpone on Tuesday due to server instability (30 minutes alone trying to zone into ToC!), we hit up Naxx on Wednesday with renewed vigor.

We slaughtered the Arachnid quarter in record time, facerolled Patchwerk, executed a near perfect downing of both Grobbulus & Gluth, and then finally took on Thaddius and won! After that we headed into uncharted territory and took down Noth the Plaguebringer before calling it a night.

We had no full group wipes, and only a few individual deaths all evening. Congrats to all! :D

Next stop… The Heigan Dance! ……Dear lord this is gonna be interesting…..

Downed section is updated with our 2 new Naxx bosses, and including the holiday boss Coren Direbrew… who I think is easier at 80 then he was at level 70 last year. O_o

Seriously folks. Don’t be this guy in the comic. Don’t come to the raids under prepared. Don’t come to events not knowing what your class can or cannot do. Or even not having a basic run down of important things to be aware of. There are mods that -help-, get them please you’ll make everyone’s time more enjoyable because you’ll have a nice reminder not to make an oops.

Make sure you invest in potions, invest in food buffs if you feel you need it. Invest in the time to making gold to having your gear repaired because we will wipe. Lots. As many times as it takes to -learn- the encounters or we just start making more mistakes because we’re pissed off.  Because that’s what happens with new raids, and new people to raids. We learn, we get smarter about it.  The Content doesn’t get easier it gets harder, more focus needs to be put into it.  So please do not show up to raids and half ass thinking the other 9 people are going to carry you. You put our your 100% effort or dont’ come at all. It’s as simple as that.

So things to bring with you.

Stat Boosting Flasks Or Stat Boosting Food Buffs (more important for later raids but it’s good to get into the habit now)
Basic Flying mount (because Naxx is in the air  you’ll need it)
Cold Weather Flying
Health And/Or Mana Pots (or both if you feel you really need it.
Money for Repair Bills (Don’t QQ about not wanting to do dailies. Do them their easy and make you lots of money each day do them in groups to make them go faster)

I’ll be looking for them each time we go.  We’ll take no longer then 10-15min breaks between Wings for people to AFK. If you AFK longer then 15 minutes we’ll find someone to replace you.

We have changed Vent Servers!

The guild Message of the Day, and the Guild Info tab on your social window will list the new server info.

You may also ask myself or Unmei for the new vent as well.

There has been a few changes to the guild Rules.  Please go to the Rules page, read it over, and make notes.

Guild roster is being worked on, and should be updated by tomorrow.

Trade Skills will be updated this weekend.

The past few days we’ve downed several bosses in Obsidian Sanctuary and Naxxramas. Hopefully we’ll finish up Naxxramas, and maybe next time we do OS, we’ll try with 1 drake!

I’ve updated the Downed Page section to reflect our new and old accomplishments. :D

And in preperation for the Heigan Dance, I reccomend everyone watch this movie.
